    The issue has been identified and resolved with backbone communication between the services which was caused by the general maintenance that has occurred over the weekend.

    We are putting additional measures in place and hardening the backbone infrastructure in order to help prevent these incidents in the future.

    We are currently investigating an elevated number of failed call attempts affecting the US region.

    Our engineering team is actively working to determine the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
