SynergySKY - Notice history

We are currently investigating reported issues where several SIP video systems unexpectedly disconnected during active meetings.

Synergy SKY is reviewing call logs and registrar activity to determine the root cause. Additional updates will be shared as more information becomes available.

All call reconnections have been reported to be successful.

Synergy SKY is investigating a reported issue preventing Dual Screen endpoints from receiving Microsoft PowerPoint Live presentation sharing on their secondary screen.  Synergy SKY is working a solution and will share updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an intermittent issue where some participants receive a white/blank screen instead of the shared presentation during Microsoft Teams calls.

Current Workaround: Reconnecting to the call usually resolves the issue.

We are currently investigating intermittent issues impacting content sharing from SIP Endpoints in Microsoft Teams meetings. In some cases, participants may be unable to present, or may experience stuttering and freezing during content sharing. Our team is actively working to identify the root causes and potential workarounds.
